About the role
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The role focuses on lateral, niche, and executive hiring, leveraging leading sourcing platforms to identify top candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end lateral hiring processes.
- Conduct niche hiring initiatives for specialized roles.
- Lead executive hiring projects, ensuring alignment with senior leadership requirements.
- Utilise Naukri and LinkedIn to source, engage, and assess candidates.
Required profile
- Proven experience in lateral, niche, and executive recruitment.
- Familiarity with Indian job portals such as Naukri and professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Ability to work a standard five‑day week with two days off.
