About the role
The Recruitment Lead (L3) will design and execute comprehensive hiring plans to meet the lateral recruitment needs of the business, ensuring compliance with Wipro’s recruiting policies and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Develop quarterly recruitment plans, align them with business projections, and obtain leadership buy‑in.
- Create sourcing strategies, schedule recruitment drives, and manage travel requirements.
- Maintain and update recruitment plans as talent needs evolve.
- Lead candidate engagement activities to improve joining ratios and provide training to recruiters on communication and Wipro guidelines.
- Oversee recruitment operations, assign drives to recruiters, monitor targets, and control event costs.
- Conduct HR interviews for senior candidates (C1, C2, B2) and approve hiring decisions in the recruitment tool.
- Review daily dashboards, ensure compliance with processes, and implement checks and balances for the team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies for large organizations.
- Strong ability to manage candidate experience and resolve escalations.
- Experience conducting HR interviews for senior‑level positions.
- Familiarity with Wipro recruiting policies, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of recruiters.
