About the role

Unitell is a Management Consultancy specializing in personnel and human resource management since 1991. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Unitell India in Gurgaon.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Handle job postings, applicant tracking, and database management.
