Recruiting Advisor

About the role

The Recruiting Advisor drives end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a defined sub‑region, ensuring hiring targets such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, diversity and satisfaction metrics are met. The role coordinates interview logistics, supports candidate screening, and contributes to employer branding while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve regional hiring goals, including time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, university hiring, diversity, and satisfaction targets.
• Support the full staffing cycle: implement sourcing strategies, screen candidates, create shortlists, schedule interviews, draft offer letters and manage relocation.
• Coordinate interview schedules, reserve interview spaces, and arrange travel (flights, hotels, car rentals) for candidates.
• Communicate clearly with applicants, hiring managers and recruiters throughout the scheduling and selection process.
• Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to define talent requirements, job specifications and qualifications.
• Conduct thorough pre‑screening and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Analyze recruiting metrics, suggest process improvements and support employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws throughout recruitment.

Required profile

• Four‑year or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2‑4 years of experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as PHR or SPHR are preferred.
