About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic early‑career recruiter to join our Ahmedabad office and support US‑based clients. You will gain hands‑on exposure to international hiring processes while developing core recruitment skills.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for US‑focused positions.
• Interpret job requirements and match talent accordingly.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers throughout the hiring cycle.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Achieve recruitment targets and deliver quality submissions.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
