About the role
We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage US IT and non‑IT hiring needs during the night shift (6 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday‑Friday) at our Ashar IT Park office in Thane. The position will involve end‑to‑end recruitment activities and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for US IT and non‑IT roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and assist in the hiring workflow.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and documentation.
Required profile
- Graduate from any discipline.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Passion for recruitment and people interaction.
- Ability to work night shift and commute to the Thane location.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
