Recruiter – Target-Based Bonus up to ₹15K

About the role

We are a fast‑growing global talent advisory firm seeking a proactive Recruiter to source and place high‑potential candidates for our international clients. The role is fully remote within India and rewards performance with a target‑based bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source and engage candidates for tech, finance and operations positions across APAC, EMEA and North America.
• Conduct preliminary interviews, assess cultural fit and maintain detailed notes in an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever or Zoho Recruit).
• Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques and niche job boards.
• Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring zero slippage.
• Track and report KPIs such as interview‑to‑offer ratio, time‑to‑fill and candidate satisfaction, and refine outreach sequences.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to improve job descriptions, sourcing strategies and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Experience in candidate sourcing, pre‑screening and interview coordination.
• Familiarity with remote or cross‑border hiring environments.
• Ability to manage multiple time zones and meet performance targets.
