Recruiter – Tamil Nadu (Remote + Field Visits)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts across the Tamil Nadu region. The role combines remote sourcing with occasional on‑site visits to conduct field hiring drives, focusing on retail and sales positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for retail, field sales, electronics, mobile, home appliances, and laptop sales roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures and meet hiring targets.
• Conduct candidate follow‑ups through to onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and report progress.
• Travel within Chennai or nearby locations for recruitment drives and field hiring activities as required.

Required profile

• Prior experience in retail or bulk hiring, especially for sales roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indian job portals such as Naukri, Apna, OLX, WorkIndia, Job Hai is preferred.
