Recruiter – Talent Scout (High‑Volume Hiring)

About the role

The Talent Scout role is a centralized, regional recruiting position based in Bengaluru. You will manage the end‑to‑end high‑volume hiring process, from reviewing applications to extending verbal and written offers.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate pre‑screening questions, applications and assessment results before interviews.
• Conduct interviews and document candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assess candidates against minimum qualifications and thresholds, then move qualified candidates to the offer stage.
• Create and extend offers using the ATS, ensuring compliance with format and guidelines.
• Maintain data integrity within the ATS and perform related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Proven ability to meet hiring goals in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Experience working in a centralized, regional staffing model.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
