Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The recruiter will engage with new candidates on a regular basis, using insightful questions to evaluate their potential. This position requires strong organizational abilities to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future openings. The successful candidate will be expected to consistently meet and exceed weekly quotas for outreach and candidate interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for upcoming positions, ensuring a steady flow of talent.
• Conduct interviews both over the phone and in person, assessing fit and qualifications.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and thorough resume reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries, providing timely information and support.
• Achieve weekly quotas related to calls, emails, and overall candidate engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities to manage multiple candidates.
• Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite for documentation and communication.
• High energy and passion for recruitment activities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance quotas consistently.
