Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role you will manage the full hiring cycle, from crafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Design and regularly update job descriptions for open positions.
• Source candidates through online channels, social media, job boards and internal networks.
• Write compelling recruiting emails to engage passive talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone, video and in‑person interviews, and administer assessment tests.
• Advertise openings on the company careers page, social media and external job boards.
• Provide hiring managers with shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Prepare and send job offer communications and answer compensation queries.
• Track HR metrics such as time‑to‑fill, time‑to‑hire and source of hire.
• Participate in job fairs and organize internal recruitment events.
• Collaborate with managers to forecast future hiring needs and support new‑hire onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Experience with modern sourcing techniques and referral programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Sound judgement and the ability to work independently.
• Minimum a graduate degree in any discipline.
