Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Recruiter will lead the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process, ensuring the company attracts and hires qualified professionals across all functions. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage job postings on portals and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through databases, referrals, campus recruitment, consultants, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on skills and experience.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and assess technical knowledge, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salaries and issue offer letters.
• Handle candidate follow‑ups and joining formalities.
• Verify employment history, educational qualifications, and references.
• Support employee onboarding and induction.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.

Required profile

• Graduate or Post‑graduate degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
