Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (2+ yrs experience)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast‑growing software and ERP consulting firm. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for technical, functional, and support positions, ensuring we attract top talent to fuel our expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
• Source candidates for Odoo consultants, developers, project managers, QA engineers, and support staff.
• Collaborate with department heads and project managers to define role requirements.
• Publish job ads on LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate technical and functional interview panels with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and documentation.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in software, ERP, or IT consulting.
• Strong understanding of technical and functional roles within software teams.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
