Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for Logistics

About the role

Delhivery is seeking a full‑time Recruiter to join its growing team in the Idukki/Kottayam region. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for courier, operations and support positions, helping the company meet its expanding logistics needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment records using basic HR or ATS tools.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure accurate documentation of recruitment data.
• Collaborate with local management to understand workforce requirements and promote Delhivery’s employer brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, HR or talent acquisition, preferably in logistics or courier services.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
• Understanding of fair hiring practices, confidentiality and local labor norms.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage time effectively and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
