Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

Whizz HR is looking for a driven and result‑oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. The role involves managing end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple client mandates across industries and ensuring timely and quality closures.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned client mandates.
• Understand job descriptions, client requirements and candidate profiles before beginning the search.
• Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, internal databases, referrals and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, salary, notice period, location and overall suitability.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
• Share shortlisted and relevant profiles with clients within defined timelines.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Regularly follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback.
• Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations and joining coordination.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with offered candidates to minimize offer dropouts and ensure successful joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the company’s CRM/database.
• Work on multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize urgent positions.
• Achieve individual monthly closure and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the recruitment team and business team on priority mandates.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment consultancy.
• Strong understanding of sourcing and screening candidates.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow‑up and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong ownership and a closure‑oriented approach.
• Recruitment consultancy experience is an advantage.
• Preferred exposure to sectors such as Advertising, Digital Marketing, Media, IT, Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Fit‑Out, Healthcare.
