Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Bengaluru)

About the role

ResultsCX is seeking a proactive Recruiter to drive talent acquisition across its Bengaluru office. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent that aligns with our business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full‑life‑cycle recruitment process from requisition approval through onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with department leaders to understand hiring needs and business objectives.
• Utilize passive and direct sourcing methods, including social and professional networking sites, to develop talent pipelines.
• Manage candidate selection, presentation, negotiation, offer issuance, and onboarding logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate documentation and ensure consistent use of assessment tools.
• Coordinate interview schedules and act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting experience.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address hiring manager needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective negotiation and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.

Required skills
