Recruiter – Servicing Operations (Hyderabad)

About the role

Wise is looking for a Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its Servicing Operations team in Hyderabad. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring a great experience for candidates and hiring managers while supporting Wise’s mission of borderless money.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Servicing Operations roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, interview processes, and selection criteria.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline locally and internationally.
• Collaborate with sourcers, People Operations, and other People teams on initiatives such as referral programs, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking.
• Use data and metrics to identify hiring bottlenecks, optimise processes, and ensure scalability.
• Lead targeted acquisition strategies, including campus recruitment and weekend hiring drives.

Required profile

• Proven track record of hiring high‑performing talent in a fast‑moving environment.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and drive results without waiting for direction.
• Strong partnership skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and candidates.
• Comfortable analysing data to inform hiring decisions and process improvements.
