Recruiter – Remote, Target‑Based Compensation up to 20K

About the role

We are a fast‑scaling talent solutions startup in the Future of Work & HR Tech space, building AI‑powered platforms that connect top‑tier professionals with high‑growth remote roles across India and global markets. As a Recruiter you will design career journeys, using data‑driven sourcing, candidate‑experience design, and hiring‑funnel optimisation to deliver strategic talent outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and qualify high‑potential candidates for Tech, Product, Marketing and Operations roles using LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio reviews and proactive outreach.
• Own full‑cycle recruitment for 5–8 concurrent positions, from job‑description creation to screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding hand‑off.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate business goals into clear role profiles, success criteria and hiring timelines.
• Run structured interview processes with scorecards, feedback loops and debriefs to ensure quality, fairness and speed.
• Track and optimise metrics such as Time‑to‑Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source Quality and Candidate NPS using ATS and dashboards.
• Build and maintain a curated talent pipeline through Boolean searches, CRM tools and employer‑branding content for passive candidates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tech recruitment (SDE, Product, Data roles) or similar high‑volume environments.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and translate hiring goals into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
