Recruiter – Remote, Target-based Compensation up to $15K

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join Globelance on a full‑time remote basis. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions and regions, ensuring a smooth candidate journey from sourcing to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for open positions across the Globelance platform.
• Present qualified profiles to clients and internal stakeholders, aligning expectations and timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and nurture talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand role requirements and advise on talent market trends.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and pipeline management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a remote environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• International recruitment experience or work with freelance/consulting roles is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Expert use of LinkedIn and other professional networking tools.
• Experience with job boards and recruitment platforms.
