Recruiter – Remote, Target-Based Compensation

About the role

We are a fast‑scaling talent solutions startup in the Future of Work & HR Tech space, building AI‑powered platforms that connect top professionals with high‑growth remote roles across India and global markets. As a Recruiter you will design and execute end‑to‑end hiring strategies for tech, product, marketing and operations positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and qualify high‑potential candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio reviews and proactive outreach.
• Own full‑cycle recruitment for 5–8 concurrent roles, from job description creation to offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate business goals into clear role profiles, success criteria and hiring timelines.
• Run structured interview processes with scorecards, feedback loops and debriefs to ensure quality and speed.
• Track and optimise metrics such as Time‑to‑Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source Quality and Candidate NPS using ATS and dashboards.
• Build and maintain a curated talent pipeline through Boolean searches, CRM tools and employer‑branding content.

Required profile

• Experience in tech recruitment (software development, product, data roles) is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and deliver results in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
