Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Lotus Care IN is seeking a full‑time remote Recruiter to attract and onboard qualified care professionals for its home‑care platform across India. The role focuses on building a strong pipeline of caregivers who align with the company’s values of trust, dignity and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and partner networks.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate background checks, credential verification and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and manage the candidate pipeline in the ATS.
• Collaborate with operations and care teams to understand staffing needs.
• Support training, certification and continuous improvement of recruitment workflows.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top care professionals.

Required profile

• Proven talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or service‑based platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills in a remote setting.
• Basic knowledge of HR compliance, verification and background‑check procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Online collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams, Google Workspace).
