Recruiter – Remote (India)

About the role

Connekt is seeking a proactive Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for a fast‑growing technology platform. You will partner with hiring managers across the business to attract and hire top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from job intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases and direct outreach.
• Screen applicants, assess fit, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain talent pipelines and keep accurate records in the recruitment CRM.
• Provide regular pipeline updates and market feedback to hiring teams.
• Support offer management, reference checks and onboarding coordination.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to juggle multiple searches with attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
