Recruiter – On-site (Mysore)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our team in Mysore. The role will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for our clients, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely delivery of talent.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand role requirements and create detailed job briefs.
• Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and actively source candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers.
• Maintain and nurture a robust candidate pipeline.
• Keep accurate recruitment records and generate regular hiring activity reports.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.

Required profile

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview facilitation.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Mysore and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
