Recruiter – Manufacturing Industry

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiter to support our manufacturing clients in Bangalore. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional talent and ensuring proactive communication throughout the recruitment cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define position specifications and provide market insights.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, social media and Cielo’s proprietary tools.
• Engage candidates via phone, email and social platforms, presenting the value proposition and preparing them for interviews.
• Assess candidates through phone interviews, skills testing and reference checks, and recommend suitable matches.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer negotiations, using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with OFCCP and other regulations while delivering strong candidate slates and regular reporting.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency environments, with a focus on technical recruitment.

Required skills

• Proficient Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
