About the role

WPP Production is seeking a data‑oriented Recruiter to support hiring across multiple regions, including the United States and India. The role combines fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment with strategic partnership, using analytics and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for full‑time and freelance positions across several business lines.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to shape hiring strategies and influence decisions.
• Conduct initial screenings, assess candidates against role requirements, and deliver qualified shortlists with clear recommendations.
• Leverage recruiting data, market insights, and pipeline analytics to inform and optimise hiring processes.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and manage offer negotiations.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume, multi‑region recruitment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable hiring strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑changing, global environment.
