Recruiter (India) – Remote Opportunity

About the role

Two95 International is seeking an experienced Recruiter based in India to join its fast‑growing US staffing team. You will work remotely, collaborating with clients and candidates to fill domestic positions across a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for open roles using job portals, social networks and the company ATS.
• Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and corporate clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring timely placement and meeting service level agreements.
• Provide regular updates and reports on pipeline status and hiring metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in domestic recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with job portals and social networking for talent sourcing.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools.
