About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across the Indian market. The role is based in Baner, Pune and involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various industries.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms.
Screen and assess applicants, coordinate interviews and maintain candidate engagement.
Partner with hiring managers to meet hiring requirements efficiently.

Required profile

2–5 years of recruitment experience in the Indian market.
Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self‑motivated, proactive and target‑oriented.

Required skills

Experience with job portals (e.g., Naukri) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

What we offer

Full‑time permanent position.
On‑site work in Pune.
