Recruiter (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid position you will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and supporting our growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and design tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals and other channels to build a diverse talent pool.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for skills, qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, maintaining a seamless process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions that attract top talent.
• Support onboarding by ensuring new hires receive necessary resources and information.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, generate reports and recommend improvements.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices and employer branding initiatives.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
