Recruiter (Hybrid, 1-3 years experience)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience who excel at sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess fit and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and sustain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.
• Support onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Promote the employer brand and stay updated on industry best practices.
