About the role
This hybrid recruiter position is aimed at professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience who excel at sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment activities with the organization’s goals.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
- Develop and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Assist with drafting job descriptions and support onboarding processes.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and report progress to leadership.
- Promote the employer brand and stay updated on industry best practices.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and their impact.
- Proactive problem‑solver with a focus on process improvement.
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance.
