Recruiter (Hybrid, 1-3 years experience)

About the role

This hybrid recruiter position is aimed at professionals with 1‑3 years of experience who can source, screen and onboard top talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers and aligning recruitment activities with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, employee referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess fit and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and sustain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Promote the employer brand and stay updated on industry best practices.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of recruitment experience with a focus on sourcing and onboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
