Recruiter – Full‑time On‑site (Eastern Time Zone)

About the role

SereneAid is looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for its growing teams. The role is on‑site and operates within the Eastern Time Zone, offering the chance to work closely with hiring managers and contribute to a people‑focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions, from job posting to offer rollout.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Create and publish job ads on job boards, career portals, and social media.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in the ATS.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Handle background verification, pre‑onboarding and offer coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Willingness to work on‑site.
