Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Remote, India)

About the role

Connekt is a fast‑growing technology platform that connects people, businesses, and opportunities worldwide. We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance, while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple positions, from job intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, and direct outreach.
• Screen applicants, assess fit, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Support offer management, reference checks, and onboarding coordination.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home‑office setup.
