Recruiter – Full‑cycle hiring for high‑growth SaaS startup

About the role

You will own end‑to‑end recruiting for a fast‑growing, venture‑backed SaaS company building its founding India team. This remote position lets you shape the talent pipeline during the company’s most formative stage.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Screen applicants and conduct first‑round interviews to assess fit and signal.
• Build and maintain healthy pipelines for priority roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules, keep candidates informed, and manage the offer process.
• Partner with hiring managers on scorecards, offers, and hiring decisions.
• Track funnel metrics and ensure the ATS remains clean and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 1 to 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or full‑cycle hiring.
• Strong sourcing instincts with a candidate‑first mindset.
• Comfortable using an ATS and conducting structured interviews.
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote‑work setup.

Required skills

• Experience with Greenhouse or Lever ATS.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
