Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Hiring for High‑Growth SaaS Startup

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for a fast‑growing, venture‑backed SaaS startup building its founding team in India. You will work closely with hiring managers to source, assess and close top talent across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and outbound outreach.
• Screen applications, conduct first‑round interviews and evaluate fit and potential.
• Maintain healthy pipelines for priority roles and keep the applicant tracking system up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate status to candidates and manage offer processes.
• Partner with hiring managers on role scorecards, compensation and hiring decisions.
• Track funnel metrics and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or full‑cycle hiring.
• Strong sourcing instincts with a candidate‑first mindset.
• Comfortable using an ATS and conducting structured interviews.
• Excellent written and spoken English and a reliable remote‑work setup.
