Recruiter – Full-cycle Talent Acquisition (Remote, India)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, VC‑backed SaaS startup as a Recruiter and own the end‑to‑end hiring process for its founding India team. You will shape the talent pipeline, work directly with hiring managers, and help build the company’s first high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound channels.
• Screen applicants, conduct first‑round interviews, and assess fit and signal.
• Build and maintain healthy pipelines for priority roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules, keep candidates informed, and manage the offer process.
• Partner with hiring managers on scorecards, offers, and hiring decisions.
• Track funnel metrics, maintain a clean ATS, and ensure data accuracy.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or full‑cycle hiring.
• Strong sourcing instincts with a candidate‑first mindset.
• Comfortable using an ATS and conducting structured interviews.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Reliable remote‑work setup.
