Recruiter – Full-cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are a fast‑growing, venture‑backed SaaS startup building our founding team in India. As a Recruiter you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, shaping the talent that will drive the company’s early success.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and outbound outreach.
• Screen applications, conduct first‑round interviews and assess fit and potential.
• Build and maintain pipelines for high‑priority roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules, keep candidates informed, and manage the offer process.
• Partner with hiring managers on scorecards, interview feedback and compensation packages.
• Track funnel metrics, maintain a clean ATS, and report on recruiting performance.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or full‑cycle hiring.
• Strong sourcing instincts with a candidate‑first mindset.
• Comfortable using an ATS and conducting structured interviews.
• Excellent written and spoken English and a reliable remote‑work setup.

Required skills

• Experience with Greenhouse or Lever ATS.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
