Recruiter (Fresher) – Day Shift

About the role

Ascendion is looking for a fresh‑graduate Recruiter to join its Vadodara office on a day‑shift schedule. You will support the talent acquisition process for global clients, helping to identify and engage qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Review job descriptions and develop search plans aligned with client requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, social media and other channels.
• Assess applicants' experience, knowledge, skills and competencies.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, negotiate wage rates and secure commitments.
• Submit candidate resumes for manager review and keep candidates informed of status.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to understand client needs and maintain regular communication via email, voice and video calls.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
