Recruiter – Founding India Team (Remote)

About the role

We are a high‑growth, VC‑backed SaaS company building our founding India team. As a Recruiter you will own the full‑cycle hiring process, shaping the talent that will drive the company’s earliest and most formative chapter.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and outbound channels.
• Screen applicants, conduct first‑round interviews and assess fit and signal.
• Build and maintain healthy pipelines for priority roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules, keep candidates informed and move them through the process.
• Partner with hiring managers on scorecards, offers and hiring decisions.
• Track funnel metrics, maintain a clean ATS and ensure data accuracy.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or full‑cycle hiring.
• Strong sourcing instincts with a candidate‑first mindset.
• Comfortable using an ATS and conducting structured interviews.
• Excellent written and spoken English and a reliable remote‑work setup.

Required skills

• Experience with Greenhouse or Lever ATS.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing.
