Recruiter – Founding India Team (Remote, India)

About the role

Join a high‑growth, VC‑backed SaaS company as a Recruiter and help build its founding India team. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, shaping the talent that will drive the company’s early success. This role is remote‑friendly and open to candidates across major Indian cities.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and outbound outreach.
• Screen applications, conduct first‑round interviews and assess fit and potential.
• Maintain healthy pipelines for priority roles and keep the ATS up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate interview schedules, keep candidates informed, and manage the offer process.
• Partner with hiring managers on scorecards, compensation and closing.
• Track funnel metrics and continuously improve recruitment efficiency.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or full‑cycle hiring.
• Strong sourcing instincts with a candidate‑first mindset.
• Comfortable using an ATS and conducting structured interviews.
• Excellent written and spoken English and a reliable remote‑work setup.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Greenhouse.
• Familiarity with Lever.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
