Recruiter – Founding India Team

About the role

We are a fast-growing venture-backed SaaS company building our founding India team. As a Recruiter you will own the end-to-end hiring process, shaping the talent that will drive the company’s early growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and outbound outreach.
• Screen applicants, conduct first-round interviews and assess fit.
• Build and maintain pipelines for priority roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules, keep candidates informed and manage offer processes.
• Partner with hiring managers on scorecards, offers and hiring metrics.
• Maintain a clean ATS and track funnel metrics.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or full-cycle hiring.
• Strong sourcing instincts and a candidate-first mindset.
• Comfortable using an ATS and conducting structured interviews.
• Excellent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup.

Required skills

• Experience with Greenhouse, Lever or similar ATS platforms.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing.
