Recruiter – Founding India Team

About the role

We are a fast‑growing VC‑backed SaaS company building our founding India team. As a Recruiter you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, shaping the talent that will drive the company’s early growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and outbound channels.
• Screen applicants and conduct first‑round interviews to assess fit and potential.
• Build and maintain healthy pipelines for priority roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules, keep candidates informed, and partner with hiring managers on scorecards and offers.
• Track funnel metrics, maintain a clean ATS, and ensure a fast, high‑signal candidate pipeline.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or full‑cycle hiring.
• Strong sourcing instincts with a candidate‑first mindset.
• Comfortable using an ATS and conducting structured interviews.
• Excellent written and spoken English and a reliable remote‑work setup.
