Recruiter – Executive Search

About the role

Fairgrowth Management Consultants is a leading executive search firm hiring leadership and niche talent across Real Estate, Infrastructure, Engineering, Manufacturing and Conglomerates. We are seeking a Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end hiring for mid‑to‑senior positions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and other platforms.
• Screen and coordinate candidates for mid to senior‑level positions.
• Build talent pipelines and manage candidate relationships.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers.
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sourcing and networking ability.
• Recruitment / Executive Search experience preferred, but smart freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
