Recruiter – End-to-End Hiring (Up to ₹8K per hire)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing talent solutions startup that helps organisations across India build high‑performing teams. As a Recruiter you will own the full hiring cycle for tech, sales, marketing and operations roles, delivering a seamless candidate experience at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms and Boolean search to attract both active and passive talent.
• Conduct structured interviews, assess cultural fit and align candidate skills with client requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, provide real‑time feedback to hiring managers and close positions within agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate with clients to define ideal profiles, optimise job descriptions and track recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, fill rate).

Required profile

• Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools such as Greenhouse, Workable or Lumesse.
• Strong Boolean search, screening and interviewing capabilities.
• Ability to manage candidate experience and recruitment metrics.
• Experience in startup or tech hiring is preferred.
• Familiarity with Teamtailor or Ashby and knowledge of Indian labour markets.
