About the role
We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to support a fast‑growing consumer and direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) business. The role will partner with founders and functional leaders to attract top talent across multiple functions.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment for Marketing, Growth, Brand, Creative, E‑commerce and Technology positions.
- Proactively source high‑quality candidates from leading D2C, consumer and new‑age startup ecosystems.
- Collaborate directly with founders and department heads to define hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to ensure rapid hiring cycles.
- Drive fast closures while maintaining a high candidate experience.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
- Demonstrated success hiring for Marketing and Consumer roles; exposure to Tech hiring is a plus.
- Strong sourcing abilities and deep understanding of the D2C/startup landscape.
- High ownership, speed, and the ability to work independently.
