Receptionist – Sales & Call Handling

About the role

RSB Wellness is seeking a full‑time Receptionist who will combine front‑desk duties with basic sales and call‑handling responsibilities. Based at our state‑of‑the‑art clinic in Mumbai, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors, managing the reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls courteously, providing information and routing calls as needed.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using the clinic’s scheduling software.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system.
• Explain clinic services, follow up on leads, and support basic sales activities to promote offerings.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.

Required profile

• Strong front‑desk and clerical abilities, with experience in appointment scheduling and record keeping.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Customer‑service oriented mindset, creating a friendly and helpful atmosphere.
• Prior experience in a clinic, healthcare, spa, or wellness setting is preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software; detail‑oriented.
• Reliable, professional appearance, and able to work full‑time on‑site in Mumbai.
