About the role
Aertsen Living is looking for a professional, well‑organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees. The role combines front‑office duties with administrative support for the management team and oversight of the housekeeping staff.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients and staff in a courteous, professional manner.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area and overall office environment.
- Coordinate daily office administration tasks and facility‑management activities.
- Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of premises.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery and pantry inventory.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance and other administrative needs.
- Provide support for additional HR or administrative duties as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive or Administrative Assistant.
- Fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive work approach.
