Receptionist / Front Office Associate

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for Fireblaze AI School. The role involves greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and supporting daily administrative operations to ensure a smooth office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting‑room bookings.
• Control access to the office by monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges.
• Provide basic, accurate information to clients and visitors.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and copying.
• Assist other departments with administrative support when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or any bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience as a receptionist, front‑office representative, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer‑service oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
