About the role
We are seeking a Receptionist cum Computer Operator to manage the front desk, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and perform a variety of computer and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and greet visitors professionally.
- Attend incoming calls and handle enquiries.
- Perform computer operations, data entry, and documentation.
- Maintain office records, files, registers, and databases.
- Prepare documents, reports, letters, and spreadsheets.
- Handle emails and routine office correspondence.
- Coordinate with staff and assist with day‑to‑day administrative work.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
- Perform other office and computer‑related duties as required.
Required profile
- Minimum graduate in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Receptionist, Computer Operator, Front Desk Executive, Office Executive, or similar role.
- Good computer knowledge and strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficient in MS Word.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Experience with email handling.
- Familiarity with internet usage.
