Rebar Detailer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Rebar Detailer to join our team and support US/Canada based concrete projects. You will be responsible for producing precise rebar shop drawings and Bar Bending Schedules while ensuring compliance with local standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate rebar shop drawings and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
• Interpret structural and reinforcement drawings with high precision.
• Apply US/Canada rebar detailing standards and industry best practices.
• Detail all reinforced concrete structural elements.
• Coordinate with project teams to obtain timely clarifications and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Utilize RebarCAD, CADS RC or RGS CAD software for detailing tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum experience in rebar checking/detailing as outlined in the responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of US/Canada rebar standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD together with RebarCAD, CADS RC or RGS CAD.
• Expertise in creating rebar shop drawings and BBS.
• Good understanding of structural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
